I didn't receive a confirmation email

If you’re expecting an email from vidaXL, but haven’t received it, please check the following:

  1. Check your spam or Junk folder. Our emails may sometimes be filtered as spam;
  2. Make sure you entered the correct email address when placing your order or creating your account;
  3. Check your mailbox storage. If your inbox is full, new emails may not be delivered.

What emails do we send?

  1. Order confirmation – Sent shortly after your order is successfully placed.
  2. Shipping confirmation – Sent once your order has been dispatched. This email may include tracking information.
  3. Invoice – Sent once your order has been processed and invoiced.
